We need your help! We want to help the rangers fundraise to name our newest arrival on the sanctuary, born 26 August 2017.

Normally, we use naming of a new baby rhino as a fundraising opportunity but, by inviting the rangers to demonstrate their appreciation and esteem for Angie, the naming has a different focus. We would like to invite you to contribute to the welfare of the new baby and we are looking for just 50 people to donate $100, or 100 people to donate $50, or even 250 people to donate $20!

Our main fundraiser: Together with Nile River Explorers and various local companies, we have an annual fundraiser located in Jinja. Globally, people march for Elephants and Rhinos, but in Uganda, we raft! With a huge thanks to everyone who has participated in the past and will be involved in the future. Because of you, we are able to increase awareness of the rhinos in Uganda and raise money annually.

Check out how much we raised this year, thanks to you:

2017: $2 000

With the money raised, we want to restore the buggy that was previously donated without a working engine. This will help quicken ranger response within the sanctuary and will be a tremendous help to us and for the care of our 21 rhinos!

Together we have raised approximately $50 000 (USD), but this would not have been possible without you or without the various local companies. Over the last 10 years, you have helped to change so much.
